Lumafy AI™ ("we," "our," or "us") is a personal wellness and mental fitness application developed and operated by Summa Studios™. Our platform provides AI-powered daily check-ins, journaling tools, guided breathing exercises, streak tracking, an AI wellness coach, and an optional Recovery Mode feature designed to support users in personal sobriety journeys.
Lumafy AI is not a licensed medical provider, therapist, counselor, or clinical mental health service. The app is a supplemental wellness tool and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Lumafy AI offers a 3-day free trial. By signing up, you provide your payment information upfront. Your card will not be charged during the trial period. On Day 4, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time before Day 4 to avoid being charged. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app under your Profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@lumafyai.com within 30 days of the charge.
The Lumafy AI coach is powered by artificial intelligence and is designed for general wellness support only. You acknowledge that:

Lumafy AI's Recovery Mode feature is a personal wellness tool for individuals in sobriety or recovery programs. It is not a clinical addiction treatment program, medical detox service, or substitute for AA, NA, or licensed professional treatment. We strongly encourage users utilizing Recovery Mode to maintain engagement with their recovery community and healthcare providers.

All content, features, code, branding, and materials within Lumafy AI™ — including but not limited to the "Lumafy AI" name, logo, app design, AI prompts, and written content — are owned by or licensed to Summa Studios™ and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Content you submit to Lumafy AI (journal entries, check-in responses, coach conversations) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the service to you.
We do not sell your personal content to third parties. AI coach conversations are not stored indefinitely and are cleared on a per-session basis.
Lumafy AI™ operates a referral affiliate program. Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Summa Studios™. Affiliates are required to clearly disclose their relationship with Lumafy AI™ on all promotional content in accordance with FTC guidelines. Affiliate participation is subject to separate terms provided upon approval.
Lumafy AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumafy AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumafy AI and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Lumafy AI after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or an in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Lumafy AI is principally operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
