There is a phrase that gets said a lot in wellness circles. You have probably said it yourself.
"I'll start Monday."
Monday comes. Life happens. Monday becomes next Monday. And then next Monday becomes some abstract future version of yourself who has it together. Who has time. Who is ready.
I spent a long time watching people cycle through that loop. People who were ready to make a change, who had the intention, who even knew what they needed to do — but couldn't find the thing that made it real. The thing that turned "I want to" into "I did."
That's why I built the 7-Day Accountability Reset. And it's why I made it completely free.

It is not a program. It is not a course. It is not a PDF you download and never open.
It is 7 days. Three questions each day. And a calendar file that drops the whole thing straight into your phone — with a daily reminder at whatever time works for you.
That last part matters more than it sounds. The reason most people don't follow through on these kinds of things isn't a lack of motivation. It's a lack of structure. You have to remember to do it. You have to find the thing. You have to create the habit from scratch.
The calendar takes that off the table. The reminder shows up. You answer three questions. You're done for the day.
That's the whole design.
Why Three Questions
When I was thinking through what this should look like, I kept coming back to something simple: most people don't fail at accountability because they don't care. They fail because the system asks too much.
Long check-in forms. Multi-step habit trackers. Journaling prompts that take 20 minutes. These are all valuable tools — but they have a high cost of entry. And when life gets hard, the first thing to go is the thing with the highest cost of entry.
Three questions costs almost nothing. You can do it in two minutes. You can do it in line at the grocery store. You can do it before you go to sleep.
Small enough to actually do. Specific enough to actually mean something.
The Questions Themselves
I'm not going to publish them all here — you'll get them day by day when you sign up. But the framework is built around three layers:
- What happened today. Not a judgment. Just a fact. What occurred in your life in the last 24 hours that mattered.
- How you responded to it. This is where most check-ins stop — at the surface level. The reset asks you to go one level deeper.
- What you want tomorrow to look like. One thing. Not a list. Not a goal cascade. One thing that, if it happened, would make tomorrow a good day.
That third question is the one people tell me is different. It forces a kind of forward intention that most people skip over entirely. You can't answer it by accident. You have to actually decide something.
Why I Made It Free
I get this question a lot.
The honest answer is that I believe the first step toward building a better practice — whether that's recovery, mental wellness, accountability, or just showing up for your life — shouldn't have a price tag attached to it.
I built Lumafy AI for people who are doing hard work. The app has features behind a 7-day free trial, and there are Pro tiers for people who want to go deeper. But the reset isn't a funnel trick. It's not a bait-and-switch. It's a real tool that works on its own.
If you try it and it helps, and you want to take that further with daily AI coaching, streak tracking, and the rest of what Lumafy AI does — that door is open. But you don't have to walk through it to get value from this.
The reset stands on its own.
Who This Is For
I've seen people use this for a lot of different things. Sobriety. Mental health. Fitness consistency. Getting off a bad streak. Trying to rebuild a routine after something fell apart.
What they have in common isn't the situation. It's the feeling. That moment where you know you need to do something different, but you haven't found the structure that makes it click yet.
That's who this is for.
If you've been saying you'll start Monday — this is how you start today.
